2023 DS Conference Scholarship Application

2023 Request for Scholarship support: This year’s award will support individuals to attend DS Conferences and
events across the country. Each scholarship will reimburse round trip airfare, registration cost, hotel
accommodations, and additional travel costs (food, ground transportation, etc.) for a total of up to $1000.
Please complete this application and return it to the DSFSENM:

Your application must be received no later than February 24th. All decisions will be announced soon after.
